We recommend you to go through our T&C, before reserving with TOB. The T&C will be considered to contain legal restrictions between the site and customer. If this terms and conditions are not acceptable by the customer, the customer is requested to not to proceed further.
By entering and using our site and services, you are agreeing all the terms and conditions along with any future changes, without any prior notice. This is your responsibility to stay updated with all the terms and conditions while using our site. We also guide you to check the T&C of airlines that you decide to book.
Neevaflight provides you the intermediator services. We are not responsible for any unavailability of any services provided by any person or group including airlines. The unavailability of seats comes under the service providing company. For all cancellation made with TOB within 24 hours, we will be taking 2-3 days for your refunding process. In case of any emergency, you must contact our customer support team they will provide you the further details about timing and process of refund.
If any cancellation made directly through the airlines, it is your responsibility to inform us, further information will be provided at the time of cancelling.
FLIGHT FARES, BOOKING AND ELIGIBILITY
Flight Fares are not assured until Passenger Name Record is not generated and change without any notice to customer as fares are unplanned and it depends upon time. The person who is using the site must be 18 or above years old. All the data given by you to the site must be true. The person using our site must have legal powers to make mandatory legal commitments.
Customer has all rights to cancel booked tickets without any extra charges. Extra changes while using various payment methods may cost. Changing name in Passenger Name Records is not permitted. If you want any information regarding any payments, refunds and other T&C you must contact our customer support team.
The prices shown on the site includes all government taxes. If you use partial service provided by the company your money will not be refunded. The customer must pay whole amount before complete booking. We are not responsible for any postponement, rescheduling or delaying from the airlines for any reasons. For booking done with TOB, we will try to help arranging new or customer changing flights.
